AC Pulse (and Wave Pulse) mode provides input heat control. Need to weld thin plate materials? No problem. Bridge large gaps previously not possible? AC MIG can do it.

This feature works by taking advantage of variable polarity to add ratios of Electrode Negative (EN) to the standard Electrode Positive (EP) modes.

User-Friendly Interface

The DW-300 is operated via a simple interface that revolves around a single knob that adjusts the voltage and current (wire speed) and visual buttons. A large LED is used to display settings and weld parameters. The buttons can easly be pushed even while wearing welding gloves.

Semi-Automatic & Robotic Welding

Easily configured for both semi-automatic and robotic use, the DW-300 also fully integrates with our FD, AII and ALMEGA AX Series Arc Welding Robots.
