ECO-ARC Series
Our most economical production robotic arc welding system, the ECO-ARC series is a 2-station, 2-table configuration. While the operator is unloading the finished weldment and reloading the raw components on table A, the robot is welding on table B. Versions include a cobot production cell, a compact cell, a cell with fencing that anchors to the floor, a cell with the fencing mounted to a common base, and large cells featuring long-reach robots and larger weld tables.
ECO-ARC MINI Production Robotic Arc-Welding Cell
The OTC DAIHEN ECO-ARC MINI Production Robotic Arc-Welding Cell is a production-ready, OSHA-safety-compliant robot welding cell. Compact in size, it includes the world’s No. 1 arc welding robot system. Production robotic welding at a cobot affordable price, cobot portability and cobot ease-of-use, it also has the addition of integrated safety and the high-quality welds OTC DAIHEN equipment is known for.

ECO-ARC 290 Compact Robotic Welding Cell
The OTC DAIHEN ECO-ARC 290 compact production robotic welding cell is a dual servo-controlled, headstock parts positioning cell designed for small- to medium-sized parts. The ECO-ARC 290 includes one arc-welding robot and two servo-controlled headstocks (station 1 and station 2), all on a single base that is easy to move. At approximately 2,500 kg in weight, its footprint is small compared to most other advanced robotic welding cells.

ECO-ARC 200 Robotic Welding Cell
The OTC DAIHEN ECO-ARC 200 is economically designed with stationary tables for durability and quick cycle times. The 200 is best suited for production runs of medium to high volume, with little or no part positioning. A simple, compact design allows for quick teach times and part access. Includes standard pneumatic doors.

ECO-ARC 200B Robotic Welding Cell
The OTC ECO-ARC 200B (basic) provides cost savings with a smaller base, floor-mounted safety fencing and manually sliding and interlocking station doors. Like others in the 200 series, it is economically designed with stationary tables for durability and quick cycle times. It is best suited for production runs of medium to high volume, with little or no part positioning. A simple, compact design allows for quick teach times and part access.
