ECO-ARC 290 Compact Robotic Welding Cell – READY TO SHIP
The OTC DAIHEN ECO-ARC 290 compact production robotic welding cell is a dual servo-controlled, headstock parts positioning cell designed for small- to medium-sized parts. The ECO-ARC 290 includes one arc-welding robot and two servo-controlled headstocks (station 1 and station 2), all on a single base that is easy to move. At approximately 2,500 kg in weight, its footprint is small compared to most other advanced robotic welding cells.

DT-ARC 500 Robotic Welding Cell – READY TO SHIP
The DT-ARC 500 is a dual, servo-controlled head and tailstock-positioning cell, designed for medium and large parts. The two-station configuration allows the operator to prepare work on station one while the robot welds on station two. It is a flexible design to allow for 180-degree and 120-degree station orientations. The open station load design allows for crane access with heavier payloads.

The OTC ED-ARC 100 is a completely mobile, fully enclosed and safe interlocked arc welding training station. The OTC ED-ARC 100 features a stationary table design to allow robotic weld training on small parts with an FD-H5 robot manipulator.
