PT-ARC & SERVO-ARC Series
The OTC DAIHEN PT-ARC and SERVO-ARC Series incorporates a two-position turntable that is either pneumatically-actuated (PT) or servo motor-actuated (SERVO). These series have the added advantage of a single load/unload point and overhead clearance for the crane-loading of heavy parts.
PT-ARC 600
The PT-ARC 600 pneumatic turntable cell is designed for small- and medium-sized parts with minimal operator movement required. The operator can prepare the work on side A while the robot is welding on side B. Ideal for small- to medium-sized parts.

PT-ARC 600B
The PT-ARC 600B (basic) provides a smaller base and floor-mounted safety fencing. This pneumatic turntable cell is designed for small- and medium-sized parts with minimal operator movement required. The operator can prepare the work on side A while the robot is welding on side B. Ideal for small to medium-sized parts.

SERVO-ARC 720
The OTC SERVO-ARC 720 servo-controlled turntable positioning cell is the unitized base option designed for medium- and large-sized parts with minimal operator movement required. The operator can prepare the work on side A while the robot is welding on side B. The robot, turntable and guarding are all mounted to a common base along with the robot controller and welding power supply, making the unit easy to reposition within your facility.
