Robotic Welding Cells
ROTA-ARC Series
The OTC DAIHEN ROTA-ARC cells feature an “H-frame” positioner that combines the indexing of a PT/SERVO cell and the headstock/tailstock positioning of the DT-ARC cell. Operator tending is from a single station, and this cell is available in a variety of part payloads to best meet your application needs. The advantage of the ROTA-ARC over the DT-ARC is the operator stays stationary with the load and unload being performed from a single point.
ROTA-ARC 250
The ROTA-ARC 250 supports a payload of 250kg per side with a 1500mm span on each headstock/tailstock combo. Like others in the ROTA-ARC series, it incorporates a compact design ideal for complex parts in small spaces. It is effective at reducing cycle times and overhead costs with a 6 sec. average index time and smaller footprint. The ROTA-ARC 250 supports configurations of 1 or 2 arc-welding robots.
